Have you ever had a day so completely terrible and absolutely no-good that the only real option seemed to be fleeing the country? That was my day. I was independent, strong, and I could do anything…except, apparently, bake a pan of cinnamon buns using my grandmother’s recipe for my father’s 65th birthday.

Enter Liam. I’ve had a crush on him for more than a year, but I’ve never had the courage to say more than ‘hi.’ I know hardly anything about him, but when he offers to be my knight in shining armor and wield the rolling pin that will save me, how could I possibly turn him down?

Once he’s in my kitchen, things start to heat up. Watching his hands work leaves me hot and bothered, imagining what else he might be kneading and just how hard he’d be willing to go.

Bad news: My string of bad luck doesn’t stop just because a gorgeous man offers to help. Good news: Liam is more than willing to take control. If I follow his instructions, I know I’ll get everything I need. But first, I have to figure out how to let go.

I’ve never had a day fall apart so perfectly.

(this steamy romantic comedy features an autistic queer heroine and includes detailed descriptions of anxiety and a meltdown. Graphic sexual descriptions and themes of submission and spanking are present.)
